This is just a short video of my brother. It was taken on my SIL's cell phone and she just sent it to me. It's nice to see his happy face. I keep watching it and laughing. Just thought I'd share it here. :o)
Saturday, April 12th
Yesterday we went to the Georgia Aquarium. I took tons of pics in there but none turned out that great since it was dark and the flash would just bounce off the windows. We did walk through Centennial Olympic Park afterwards and I got some good shots. In the first one you can see the damage done to the Westin Peachtree Plaza from the tornado a few weeks back. The rest were taken at the fountain of rings.
[sigh] I've obviously never met him in my life, and yet, I watched this 5 or 6 times, and everytime, I went back and forth between laughing and tearing up. ((((Kelly & family))))
ReplyDelete((((Kelly)))), what a great thing to have forever. I bet he was a great guy.
ReplyDelete((((kelly))))
ReplyDeleteI still can't watch the videos the story person from hospice recorded in the months before Gina passed. I'm not ready yet.
How cool to have that! (((to you)))
ReplyDeleteThanks for the hugs guys. But it really makes me feel good to watch that. I know it's only just a few seconds but it's just a little piece of him that gives me the opportunity to remember his happy face rather than the last time I saw him at the service. He was a sweet man. Not perfect in any way but a sweet guy who loved his family.
ReplyDeleteAnd Mary it would be much harder to watch your sibling go through an illness like you had to do. I'm thankful that we didn't have to endure that. (((Mary)))
(((Kelly)))
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful little clip of him to have and save.
ReplyDelete(((((Kelly))))))
